You are the first voice our customers hear when something is stuck. And very often the last, because you solve it directly. Permissions, reports, setup questions, printing issues, small configuration — you handle those independently.
What matters to us: patience on the phone, clear written communication in tickets, and curiosity to actually understand what happened. We want our customers to know you by name — "I'd rather call Maria, she'll figure it out." That's the bar.
