duveka DMS turns Business Central into your central document store. The AI document import goes one step further: it reads incoming invoices, orders, credit memos and quotes, recognises the relevant data, matches it against your company and creates the matching, review-ready document in Business Central – without manual retyping.
Documents arrive by drag-and-drop or automatically from the mailbox (Microsoft Graph). The AI reads the PDF directly – no separate OCR server, and combined PDFs holding several documents are split automatically.
Header and line data are matched live against your company: vendor or customer, the right item or G/L account – typo-tolerant and including vendor and customer item numbers.
Purchase invoices are checked against open orders, receipts and existing documents and matched with a confidence score. E-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD, PEPPOL) are detected and processed through the BC standard.
You get a review-ready document – nothing is posted without you. In compare mode you see AI value versus current value field by field and apply selectively. Per-partner AI instructions make recognition better over time.
You can combine the AI document import with the optional duveka Anonymizer. It replaces personal and address data with consistent placeholders before a document reaches the AI model – detection runs in the EU, the model only sees placeholders, and after the answer Business Central shows clear text again.
