IT Sysadmin — Business Central, Cloud & AI focus (m/f/d)

We're looking for an IT sysadmin who keeps the infrastructure behind our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions running silently — and who builds out the platform for our AI initiatives in parallel.

You won't be locked away in a back room — you'll work closely with consultants and developers, automate what can be automated, document what should be documented, and speak up when something needs to be replaced. Cloud first, but we still have hybrid setups in the mix. You shape what our next step looks like.

The stack is interesting: Azure with Entra ID and the surrounding ecosystem, Business Central as SaaS and partly on-prem, our own Azure Functions as integrations, and the build-out of the duveka ClousAI platform with model hosting, vector stores and tooling for our consulting and development teams.

Your responsibilities

  • Operate and evolve our Azure tenants (Entra ID, AKS, Storage, Key Vault, App Services, Functions)
  • Lifecycle-manage Business Central environments (SaaS tenants, on-prem leftovers, custom API hosts)
  • Build out the platform for duveka ClousAI — model hosting, vector stores, tooling
  • Monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, IT security (Entra Conditional Access, Defender, patching)
  • Onboarding/offboarding employees and external partners

What you should bring

  • Solid experience with Microsoft 365 / Azure (Entra ID, networking, storage)
  • PowerShell fluent, ideally Bicep or Terraform
  • You know what an API is and can read logs without panicking
  • Self-directed, writes good docs, willing to dig in

Nice to have on top

  • Experience with Business Central hosting / BC cloud migration
  • Exposure to LLM tooling, vector DBs, container orchestration
