Consulting is a buzzword for many people — with us, it's a craft. You learn it step by step: from the first requirements workshop, through the concept, to hypercare after go-live.
You start with a dedicated mentor and join small projects. There you gradually take over your own modules — sales, purchasing, warehouse, manufacturing, reporting. You facilitate workshops, write clean concepts, customise Business Central, train users, and stand by during go-live.
What makes the job interesting: no two customers are alike. One day you're at a packaging plant, the next at a sawmill, then at a machine builder — and you learn along the way how the German Mittelstand really works.
