Sales Manager — Business Central & AI (m/f/d)

With us, you sell solutions, not licences. You talk to owners and CEOs directly, understand what they actually need — and assemble the right package from our solution and AI portfolio.

We have a strong inbound pipeline from word-of-mouth referrals, a close Microsoft partnership and deep industry expertise. You don't have to cold-acquire from zero — you have to listen well, offer the right thing, and convince customers in pre-sales workshops alongside our consultants and architects.

What matters to us: no buzzwords, no empty promises, no sales pressure that leads to frustration after kick-off. You sell seriously. And you'll sometimes tell a customer that we're not a fit — that's allowed and even encouraged.

Your responsibilities

  • Consultative selling: needs analysis, solution design, proposal
  • Pre-sales with our consultants and architects — you are the lead
  • Build proposals, negotiate, close
  • Account development in existing customers (cross-/up-sell, AI initiatives)
  • Market watch — what drives the German Mittelstand in 2026+?

What you should bring

  • Several years of sales experience in ERP or software, ideally BC/NAV
  • Understanding of ERP processes and AI/automation topics
  • You sell seriously — no buzzwords, no empty promises
  • German business level, English solid
