duveka is always looking for motivated talent. We believe the best developers aren't made in school but in real projects — that's why you take on responsibility from day one.

You learn the craft step by step — from programming fundamentals and databases to delivering small features in live customer projects. Vocational school and practice mesh together, and your trainer is more mentor than boss.

The variety is what makes it special: you don't just program AL for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, you also learn C#, SQL, Git and work with tools like Visual Studio Code and Azure DevOps. If you want modern development in a family-style team, you're in the right place.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop customer-specific solutions in a standard ERP system
  • Independent project work after onboarding
  • Software testing and software debugging
  • Implementation of customer requirements together with the senior team
  • Modern programming languages, frameworks and development concepts

What you should bring

  • Subject-specific or general university entrance qualification (Abitur)
  • Basic PC skills, first programming experience (school, own projects)
  • Good English skills
  • Affinity for technology and motivation to keep growing
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking
  • Team spirit, high engagement, attention to detail
  • Interest in software, IT industry and business processes
